MonaVisa integrated printed and illuminated acoustic islands above the treatment chairs, which absorb sound while simultaneously providing visual tranquility. Acoustic printed walls featuring natural elements bring the outdoors in and dampen disruptive noise throughout the practice. At the Roularta Business Center, editors, journalists, and creatives gather in an environment where focus is crucial. MonaVisa designed the acoustics of the reception and meeting areas, incorporating acoustic islands that dampen sound and structure movement. An integrated quiet hub and a smooth white acoustic ceiling provide visual simplicity, clarity, and comfort. All technology is discreetly concealed and remains perfectly accessible. In a former chapel, MonaVisa created a community space and refectory for children on the autism spectrum. The focus was not only on acoustics but also on visual stimulation. For the Jardinico showroom, MonaVisa translated the outdoor brand's feel into a subtle interior experience. From the entrance all the way to the depths of the showroom, prints and lighting guide visitors to a state of mind where products speak for themselves. A historic building with a rich history required a thoughtful, contemporary redesign. In the former Smidt Van Gelder Museum, acoustic stretch walls and ceilings from MonaVisa were integrated as a fully-fledged design element, in complete harmony with the heritage. Between woodwork and ornamentation, acoustically printed stretch walls create a sense of tranquility without disrupting the character. Evenly lit acoustic ceilings provide focus and comfort in the workspaces. The result is a building where grandeur and tranquility converge—historically refined, contemporary, and habitable.
