Where industrial heritage, entrepreneurship and art lift each other up
On the outskirts of Ghent, on the historic Fabelta site, stands the Poly Tower. A building that once breathed the rhythm of looms. Where cotton fibers drifted through the air. Where textiles were the lifeblood of a region. It is a place that embodied the power of making for generations.
The Poly Tower, from textile giant Fabelta to an investment headquarters, embodies a new architectural style of capital, vision, and partnership. Here, Dovesco and Alinso converge, two entities with their own rhythm but a shared drive for value creation. A bright, glass-enclosed corridor connects both worlds and elevates Fabelta’s architecture to something new. MonaVisa created a continuous acoustic stretch ceiling that evokes tranquility, upon which artist Christopher Page painted billowing clouds . Art thus becomes a translation of family history: from textiles to capital, from industrial noise to acoustic tranquility. The Poly Tower is a serene catalyst for new ventures and generations – built with strategy, trust, courage, and partnerships.
Each realisation is a dialogue between architecture and acoustics, where technology becomes invisible and experience becomes tangible.
